I shaved my head for Pancreatic Cancer Action! After a life time of long hair, I was absolutely terrified to shave my hair, and actually livestreamed it over on my instagram. I was convinced I was going to be having some sort of existential crisis mid-stream but as my hair got shorter... I kind of liked it?!
This is what my hair looked like on the big day. That smile was absolutely hiding my nerves!
I brushed out my curls and tied it off into little ponytails so that I could donate my hair to the Little Princess Trust.
And here is the after! A number 8 shaved all over. My hair is wavy so it was still doing whatever it pleased even that short.
And here it is a week or two after with a bit of growth on top.
