October Favourites

I feel like every month I start my favourites off wondering where on earth the month has gone! October is no different. I started my Christmas shopping (I know, I know, but I have!), and ventured into vlogging!

So speaking of vlogging, I started my YouTube channel this month, you can find it here. I'm having a lot of fun with it, so I hope you'll check it out and let me know what you think. I'm aiming to ensure I don't cross post content between my channel and this blog, so if you have things you'd like to see on my channel let me know!

 

This Pink Clove duster jacket* is totally my favourite thing I got this month. It's so me, and I love it. I also totally dig the faux fur stole I got from New Look that I paired with it. Check out my blog on this full look here.

This Funky Laser Spider Web tiara* is so Halloweeny and adorable! I posted a full review and most close ups in this blog, the detail of it is wonderful.

This Pink Clove Kay Dress* is so Wednesday Addams. The plunging neckline and short length aren't something I normally go for, but I love it. I posted a full review and more photos here.

Halloween homeware! I love Halloween and I couldn't resist getting more bits to decorate our house with all year round. I actually recorded a haul video of all the Halloween bits I picked up, so please check it out!

October was also a rough month for us. We lost our beloved cat Rokki. We had him for almost 10 years, but not long enough. I miss him so much. I just wanted to post a little photo of him. I love you Rokki.

Funky Laser Halloween Spider Web Tiara Review

I recently discovered Funky Laser on twitter and got in touch with them, to discover they knew who I was and wanted to work with me too, brill! They decided they wanted to send me a little something from their Halloween collection, and with my love of Halloween I was so up for that!

They sent me the Halloween Spider Web Tiara* £8+. That this is only £8 is completely baffling to me! The price goes up slightly depending on the acrylic you pick, but in the black is is £8. The level of detail is amazing, and it is such an unusual idea.

It is so intricate. I love the curls and flicks on the cobwebs. It is affixed to a metal headband by 3 rings which are very secure. I have quite a large head so was a little worried about it fitting me, but it did no problem!

I plan on wearing this all year round. It's a really unique piece and definitely fits with my slightly goth aesthetic.

Funky Laser have a few different hair accessories for Halloween, including a pumpkin headband and a ghostly scene, but this spiderweb one is my favourite,

Be sure to check out the rest of their store, they have wedding cake toppers too which is really different.
