November Favourites

November was a crazy month for Christmas shopping, but I snagged a few little bits and pieces for myself too, whoops! Here are my favourites....

My collaboration with endlessleather. It was so much fun to be able to make something, and with such beautiful beads as well!

My Blurred Rose Print Oversized Tshirt from ASOS. I have worn this top soooo much! I love that the roses almost look like a skull on the front. It's very soft and has washed very well.

Ajenda

I saw Ajenda support I AM I in November and they were awesome. Bluesy rock with bad ass female vocals. My favourite! I bought their album at the gig and it hasn't moved out of my car stereo since. I'm hoping they come back to Yardbirds again soon!

I literally just got this at the end of November on sale, this beautiful Ghost Jumper from ASOS. I had been eyeing this up since it got released in October for the Halloween collection, and it finally went on sale for a few days and I snatched it up! The ghosts and the text are actually fluffy and it made me love it even more.

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1

This film was so fantastic. I've read the books and adore them, and I think they have done a pretty good job of following the books. My only gripe is that we have to wait a whole year for the next one!

Oh these jeans. These jeans are lucky I love them. These are the Ridley Jeans in Smoked Black from ASOS. I ordered these in the same size as the other Ridley jeans I also have, and when they arrived they were so much smaller! I ended up sizing up, when realistically, in the pair I have, I could have sized down easily. Thank goodness ASOS do free returns.

Stu and I both spotted this top in Primark at the same time and ran to it. It's so perfectly me! I am a huge Dolly Parton fan, and it was reduced to £3. I had to have it!

Another Primark bargain, this ridiculous jumper was only £10. It is so fluffy! So soft!! So warm!! And ridiculous.

Everything else I've bought that has been a favourite has been for someone else for Christmas, so I will share them after Christmas!

My first pair of jeans in 5 years....

Last week I bought the first pair of jeans or trousers that I have worn since 2009. It's something I've been thinking about for a while, but it took me a good while to be brave enough to. My thighs/stomach are probably the area I am most insecure about, and I tend to wear skirts and dresses to cover myself more. I want to get through this. I want to love myself more. So, jeans were a must!

So. This is my first pair of jeans. I dove right in at the deep end with skinnies as well. I figure most of my clothes are black, so I opted for purple jeans, they also have a rip at the knee that you can't see because I stand all awkward like. I wasn't convinced when I first tried these on. Stu had been determined to get me in some form of trousers for a long time (I suspect so he can see my butt more!) and he promised me that these looked good, so I wore them the day they arrived, and the next day. And you know what... I really, really like them. They are super soft, ever so comfy and really cute. I want more longer style tops and have my eye on a few I think would look fab with them.
